MedDiet4Health is dedicated to co-designing and testing an innovative digital educational course regarding a variety of aspects around food. We aim to develop scientific reflection on food topics, equip students with the appropriate 7Cs and digital skills for their academic achievements and employability, and appraise the importance of combining general knowledge and vocational skills.
