Your personal plan has to include:

  •  Dietary Recommendations for a balanced Mediterranean-inspired diet that incorporates a variety of local products, ensuring a variety of all the essential nutrients. Please consider your preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions.

  • Lifestyle Changes so to ensure a balance among energy intake and energy loss, ensuring physical activity suggestions, but also sleep practices, and stress management techniques. Please set specific goals for physical activity, sleep, and stress management and also provide practical ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily routines. You could also share strategies for overcoming challenges related to time management, motivation, and stress.
     

  • Long-term Strategies, providing tips for maintaining healthy habits, meal planning, and ways for overcoming possible barriers,including strategies for handling social events, and ways to involve family and friends.
