Dear students, 

you will work according to this webquest so as to explore the Mediterranean Diet, its historical roots, traditional agricultural practices, and its impact on modern cuisine. 

tYou will collaborate with your peers using Web 2.0 tools to create interactive and engaging tasks,  to investigate various aspects of this rich culinary tradition in the Mediterranean Diet that is much more than just food. It's a symbol of the regional identity of countries around the Mediterranean Sea.
