Have you ever wondered what makes a healthy diet? Why do we need to eat a variety of foods, and what roles do different nutrients play in our bodies? This WebQuest will take you on an exciting journey through the world of nutrition, helping you understand the vital substances that fuel our bodies and keep us healthy.
You will form 6 transnational teams so to make a research regarding the six major nutrient groups:
TEAM 1: Carbohydrates
TEAM 2: Proteins
TEAM 3: Fats
TEAM 4: Vitamins
TEAM 5: Minerals
TEAM 6: Water
Start by researching the six major nutrient groups: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water.
